Subscription Terms for E-books on Speakalio.com

§1 General Provisions

This document sets out the terms and conditions for subscribing to electronic materials (e-books) on www.speakalio.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Service."
The subscription grants access to selected materials in PDF format under specified conditions.
The provider and owner of the Service is Speakalio s.c., hereinafter referred to as the "Provider."

§2 Subscription Terms

  • The subscription is a recurring service and requires an active subscription payment.
  • The customer agrees to automatic subscription renewal within a specified period (annually).
  • Upon payment, the user gains access to the digital materials included in the purchased plan.
  • The customer agrees to use the materials for personal use only and not to share them with third parties.

§3 Subscription Cancellation Terms

  • The customer can request a refund only if they submit a complaint within 7 days of the automatic renewal, citing unintended renewal.
  • After this period, the subscription is non-refundable and cannot be canceled before the end of the paid term.
  • If canceled within 7 days, the customer will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
  • The customer can disable automatic renewal at any time but retains access to the materials until the end of the paid period.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal results in automatic payment for the next billing period.

§4 Complaints and Refunds

  • Complaints regarding the subscription can be submitted via email to: contact@speakalio.com.
  • Complaints will be processed within 14 business days of submission.
  • Refunds are only granted under the conditions specified in §3 of this regulation.

§5 Final Provisions

  • The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms and will notify users 14 days in advance.
  • Using the subscription service implies acceptance of these terms.
  • Matters not regulated by these terms are subject to applicable Polish law.
