Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy
General Information
This Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data, as well as the use of cookies and other technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, in connection with the use of the website, store, and social media profiles operated by the Administrator by Users.
§1. Definitions
For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following meanings of the terms are accepted:
Administrator – Speakalio civil partnership, located at ul. św. Mikołaja 7/123, 88-100 Inowrocław, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP 5562804769, REGON 526265518, email address: contact@speakalio.com, share capital: PLN 4,000.00, fully paid-up share capital.
Website – the service available at https://speakalio.com/
Store – an online store available at https://speakalio.com/.
User – any entity that browses the content of the Website.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
§2. Personal Data
The Administrator is the controller of the User’s personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
The User may provide their personal data to the Administrator, among others, using forms available on the Website and Store, as well as through solutions such as internet messengers and social media profiles.
The legal basis for processing Users’ personal data is the voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent of the User expressed by using the appropriate form on the Website.
Personal data may also be processed in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data based on the law or for the purpose of performing a contract between the parties, as well as on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator. In particular:
a. ORDER FORM
Personal data provided by the User to the Administrator in the order form are processed to fulfill the contract concluded through the Store or Website. This contract is the legal basis for processing (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to enter into a contract with the Administrator. These data will be processed for the duration of order fulfillment and to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the administrator (e.g., tax and accounting obligations), as well as in the event of claims.
b. NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP FORM
Personal data provided by the User to the Administrator in the newsletter sign-up form are processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service containing information about news and selected offers. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to subscribe and receive the newsletter. Data processing is based on the contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) concluded using the newsletter sign-up form. The User can terminate the contract by unsubscribing according to the instructions included in each newsletter or by sending the appropriate statement to the Administrator’s email address.
c. CONTACT FORM
Personal data provided by the User to the Administrator in the contact form or in an email sent to the Administrator’s email address provided on the Website are processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry sent. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to receive a response. Data processing for this purpose is based on the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). These data will be processed until the end of the correspondence and for 2 years after its completion.
The Administrator may entrust personal data to other entities assisting in the achievement of the goals specified in the previous points (e.g., hosting service providers, accounting companies, courier companies, email application providers, social media marketing companies).
The User’s personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries or international organizations that do not provide an adequate level of protection. An adequate level of protection must be confirmed by an appropriate decision of the European Commission or another binding legal instrument.
The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to them.
Personal data is collected with due care and adequately protected against unauthorized access, and their processing is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in detail in:
a. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC,
b. the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,
c. the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
§3. User Rights
The User has rights related to the processing of their personal data, including:
a. the right to access data
b. the right to rectify data
c. the right to restrict data processing
d. the right to object to data processing
e. the right to erasure of data (the right to be forgotten)
f. the right to data portability
g. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time if the User has previously given it.

§4. Cookies and Other Information
During the User’s use of the Website, data concerning the User is automatically collected. This data includes, among others: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This data may be collected by cookies and may also be stored in server logs.
Cookies are files sent to the User’s computer or other device (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet) and stored there while browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User’s preferences and behaviors, enabling the improvement of the quality of services provided, improving search results and the accuracy of displayed information, including advertisements, and anonymous tracking of User preferences. The current list of cookies used on the Website is available through the cookie bar provided on the Website.
The User can give consent to the use of cookies on their end device using the cookie bar provided on the Website. The User can also do this through the settings of the browser installed on their device. The User can withdraw or change their consent in the same way at any time.
The User can also delete existing cookies from their device using the appropriate functions of the internet browser, programs designed for this purpose, or tools available within the operating system used by the User.
Data saved in server logs or through cookies are not in any way linked by the Administrator to specific Users of the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User. Server logs are used for the administration of the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.
The Website uses technologies that anonymously record actions taken by the User while using the Website. These include, among others:
a. Google Analytics – used to analyze Website statistics
b. Google Ads – used for product promotion
c. Facebook Pixel – used for managing and optimizing advertising on Facebook
Data obtained through these tools are not in any way linked to specific Users of the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
The consequence of using the technologies listed in §3 point 7 will be the optimization of the Website, its content, and product offerings to the User’s needs.
§5. Purpose of Data Usage
Data provided by the User or automatically collected by the Administrator is used for:
a. the proper functioning, configuration, and security of the Website,
b. monitoring the state of sessions,
c. analysis, research, and auditing of Website views,
d. performing contracts concluded through the Website
e. as well as for statistical and marketing purposes.
§6. Final Provisions
Changes may be made to this document, which may be influenced by the development of internet technology, changes in data protection law, and the development of our Website and Store. All changes will be communicated to Users immediately in a visible and understandable manner.
